Three headline metrics leadership actually reads

Most reporting debt is definitional. One region counts visits completed; another counts visits scheduled. Both are honest; both break the board slide.
We pick three headline metrics with explicit formulas, publish them in a metric dictionary, and require any new request to map to one of the three—or wait for the next planning cycle.
The monthly narrative template is intentionally one page. If you need twelve pages, something upstream is unresolved.
We are blunt about scope: this is not a predictive modeling engagement. It is hygiene that keeps leadership aligned while analysts keep their sanity.
