Returns & Refunds

This policy covers refundable amounts for professional services sold directly by NetStream FlowCore when a written order confirmation exists. Informational prices on the website are not checkout offers.

For remote-first engagements not yet started, you may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of payment unless a rush start date was mutually documented earlier.

If no deliverable work has commenced, we refund 100% of fees paid for that milestone. If work has started, refunds are calculated pro-rata against incomplete milestones as described in your statement of work.

Third-party expenses already incurred (travel booked, print proofs ordered, venue deposits) are non-refundable. Rush fees and bespoke research purchased on your behalf are itemized separately.

Email hello@netstreamflowcore.digital with your agreement reference, reason, and banking details for domestic transfers. We acknowledge within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days via bank transfer in THB to a Thai bank account. International transfers may take longer depending on correspondent banks.

If we terminate for material breach (e.g., abusive conduct toward staff), unpaid balances remain due and no refund applies. Force majeure pauses timelines without penalty. Under Thai consumer protection frameworks applicable to off-premises contracts, statutory rights may apply in addition to this policy—where there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails.
