We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company, message content), technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), usage data (pages viewed, approximate region), and communication records from legitimate inquiries.

Purposes include responding to enquiries, operating and securing the website, understanding aggregated traffic patterns, improving content relevance, and maintaining records required for legitimate business interests.

Where the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) applies, we rely on consent (e.g., optional analytics cookies), contractual necessity (responding to service requests), legal obligations, and legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
