How we sequence work
We keep the flow legible for procurement teams and useful for operators. Each beat ends with a named artifact so nobody wonders what “done” meant.
- Diagnose — exports, calendars, and visit samples. We refuse to prettify missing data.
- Blueprint — storyboards, scorecards, training shells. Everything sized for WhatsApp and Monday morning huddles.
- Pilot — short windows with daily prompts. If it cannot survive two weeks, it will not survive two months.
- Handoff — retro memo, owner map, and explicit “not included” list.
